Moodra Interactive is the professional project of Rufus Lane, offering multimedia services including: Rufus has been a professional multimedia designer since the early days of the web in 1997. He studied multimedia technology at Swinburne University in Melbourne and since has worked as a freelancer and as part of various teams including the global entities - Aquent Partners and Young & Rubicam. His work has included projects for KPMG, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Addidas, Foxtel and AOL Australia. Rufus brings a broad perspective to his design work. He takes inspiration from a multiplicity of experience and strives to condense it into the crystallized moment of communication inherent in simplicity of interface. At various times he has been a global traveler, activist, electronic musician, surfer and gadget freak. He has a degree in Philosophy and Mathematicss from Monash Uni. He has a passion for digital technology and the creative possibilities it has unleashed. Currently an obsessed kiteboarder. He lives and works remotley in "Starlight" an intentional community on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia, operating out of a solar powered studio in the rainforest... These days he leans more towards arts based projects and clients, and finds this kind of work more in harmony with his natural tendancies. |
