Purchase contracts concluded through the online store https://moodra.com/ and the consumer shall be governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

CONTRACT STORAGE
Contracts concluded in the online store are archived. You can access your order history in your customer account or by emailing info@moodra.com.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can browse the store and add products to your shopping cart without registering. To finalize a purchase, it is necessary to provide required information for shipping.
You can find items by navigating the website sections or using the search bar. Once you’ve found your desired product, click “ADD” to include it in your shopping cart. You can then proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
To finalize your purchase, provide the necessary shipping details and select your payment and shipping options. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

CONTRACT CONCLUSION
By clicking the “complete order” button, you issue a binding declaration of intent to purchase. You will then receive an acknowledgment of receipt confirming the contract.
PRICE
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs are not included.
VAT exemptions apply to orders delivered to Ceuta and Melilla. Invoices can be downloaded from your customer account or requested via email.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods are selected during the checkout process and are required to complete the purchase:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We only ship within mainland Spain. Orders are processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours, subject to product availability. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Customers are responsible for re-delivery costs if a package is returned due to inability to contact the recipient.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders of €100 or more include free shipping. For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €3.90 applies.
TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of product loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon receipt. If the consumer arranges their own carrier, the risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. Report any visible damage and contact us at info@moodra.com.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly via email at info@moodra.com or by mail to Avenida del Chorrico 15, 30500 Molina de Segura, Murcia, Spain.
Consequences of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges (excluding additional costs from non-standard delivery methods), within 14 days using the same payment method.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs, estimated at a maximum of €3 depending on product type and shipping method.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and security label intact. Promotional gifts must also be returned.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for items that are not exactly those purchased, have been opened, used, or are not in perfect condition unless there is a defect or error.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is received damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@moodra.com and include high-resolution photos of the item and its packaging.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Promotional gifts must also be returned. Once verified, a refund will be issued.
WARRANTIES
All products are covered by the applicable legal warranty in accordance with Spanish consumer protection laws.

RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership transfers only upon full payment.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events, such as strikes, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions. Obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights on the website and its contents are owned by us or licensed to us. You may only use such material with express authorization.
VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER CYBER ATTACKS
You must not misuse this website by introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious software. Any unauthorized access attempts or denial-of-service attacks are prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
